The 1st and 2nd level course with elements of physiotherapy is dedicated to those willing to expand their massage workshop with selected physiotherapeutic techniques.
Theoretical part:
- Massage techniques and their effects
- The influence of massage on the human body
- Indications and contraindications for massage
- Massage application methodology
Module on disease entities of the spine:
- Anatomy of the spine
- Methods of diagnosing spinal pain (sciatica, diagnostic tests)
- Postural defects, chiropractic, degenerative conditions, sciatica
- Developing massage in disease entities accompanying spinal pain syndromes
Practical part:
- Development of the upper and lower extremities, including the girdles, LS lumbar, Th thoracic, C cervical, back, thorax, abdomen, neck
- Development of a holistic massage
- Sports massage
- Isometric massage
- Relaxation massage
- Lymphatic massage
- Physiotherapy techniques
